Please fill out, sign and email the three forms below to PDECS@inframark.com

Email us the following:
A copy of your Driver’s License or any state or government issued picture ID. (If you are adding another person, please also send a copy of the picture ID of such person).
Proof of home purchase (e.g. plat survey). If you are leasing, please send a copy of the lease agreement.
Fees
• Residential Deposit: $50
• Application Fee: $25
• Transfer Fee: $55
• Total: $130
Total amount can be paid with Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Credit Card or Debit Card prior to start of service.
Please make all checks, money orders and cashier’s checks payable to PASEO DEL ESTE MUD 1.
Debit /credit card payments accepted with an additional 3% processing feeIf your bill is paid after the due date on bill, you will be subject to a late fee of the greater of $10.00 or 10% of amount dueIf turned off for non-payment, you will be subject to a non-payment fee and may be subject to an additional deposit
